About Us

Pig Works started with disappointment.

Time and again, we picked up sausages that promised quality but delivered fillers, additives, and ingredients that had no place in good food. If sausages were meant to be simple, honest and satisfying, why were so many getting it wrong?

So we decided to make our own.

​

What began as a passion project quickly turned into an obsession with doing things properly. Small batch production. Clean labels. Carefully sourced pork. No unnecessary ingredients. Just sausages made the way they should be.

At Pig Works, we respect tradition—but we’re not afraid to bend it. Alongside classic flavours done right, we create bold and unexpected combinations that challenge what a sausage can be. Some are familiar, some are surprising, but all are made with the same commitment to quality and flavour.

 

Every recipe is developed by hand, tested relentlessly, and produced in small batches to ensure consistency and care in every link. If an ingredient doesn’t earn its place, it doesn’t go in.

What started as a reaction to bad sausages has grown into something much bigger: a business built on curiosity, craftsmanship, and the belief that great food doesn’t need shortcuts.
